1. R&D dominator clutch -

This radically designed clutch has proven it’s self over the last 6 years, enhancing the transmission pick up & drive on the Franco Morini S5 engine. The range has now been extended to include the new Morini S6, KTM & Polini engines.

The clutch holds back until the optimum point in the powerband, then engages with a bang giving the rider maximum drive to get the ‘hole shot’.

This unique design uses a clutch plate rather than shoes, and offers an improvement over any of the OE race clutches, it is fully adjustable to suit the rider.

2. Dellorto PHBG19 & 21mm carb -

This is a Multi-Jet, round slide carb, best used to optimise the 2 or 4 Reed cylinders - fits to either an alloy, or rubber manifold.

The 21mm will increase performance over the 19mm carb in all its current applications by over 20%, and is a direct replacement.

The 19mm carb will increase performance on the Air Cooled KTM with the 14mm carb.

**Note - carburettors fitted to different bikes with varying engines, exhausts & air filters may require re jetting to attain optimum performance. We offer an exchange service on new carb purchases to enable you to achieve this.

3. R&D Exhaust system -

Many engine tuners will tell you that the engines maximum performance is being held back because of poor exhaust design.

The R&D exhaust has been designed to optimise the exhaust flow and back pressure to maximise power. This is also important to get the most out of any other performance parts that you fit to your bike. Available in a high quality heat resistant lacquer to show off the hand made quality of the pipes.

4. WRP alloy braced handlebars -

These quality handlebars are made from 22mm (7/8”) alloy tube with 5mm wall thickness & a steel brace for extra strength. Comes with handlebar pad. 660mm wide (26”), 100mm rise (4”).
